5. No Contractual Relationship
Submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, receiving a written summary, or communicating with Neoul does not by itself create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or contractual relationship.
6. Separate Project Agreement
Actual development and design services are governed by a separately signed written agreement. If these Website Terms conflict with a signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.
