8. Data Retention
Unsuccessful or inactive project inquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last communication.
We review inquiry records on a quarterly basis and permanently delete records that have exceeded the applicable retention period, unless continued retention is required for legal, accounting, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Active client and contract records: during the contractual relationship and for any additional period required by applicable legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations

9. Data Deletion
When the applicable retention period expires, or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled, we identify the relevant records and delete them unless continued retention is required by law or for legitimate contractual, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Electronic records under our control are permanently deleted using methods designed to prevent ordinary recovery. Where records are held by a service provider, deletion is handled according to the provider’s available deletion controls and applicable retention practices.
