Neoul is a Seoul-based product studio building mobile apps, admin platforms, and Flutter Web dashboards for founders who value clear communication and reliable delivery.
We started as a two-person team in 2023.
Today, we are a six-person in-house team of product strategists, designers, and engineers. We intend to stay small by design—small enough for the CEO to remain involved in every project, and experienced enough to deliver complex products.

Flutter + Firebase
Flutter lets us ship iOS and Android from one shared codebase—one team, one release cycle, and a consistent experience across platforms. Firebase powers authentication, real-time data, push notifications, and infrastructure that can scale from day one. We use the same stack for our Flutter Web admin dashboards.
